Erect a new fence down
the ajoining boundry with
the next door neighbours. Prepare the
back garden for a new
seeded lawn, patch up the
front lawn with seed and
put up a new fence.
Wolferton Lane, Willerby
Re-design garden to include
2 new sections one with raised
beds and a patio area, and the
other a lawned area with a
seating place. Edge all
borders with stone edgings.
Vine Bungalow, Carlton
Take up old drive and
relay a new one using
Marshalls Tegular blocks.
The Hawthorns, Newland
Take old drive up and relay
new block paved drive with
natural light grey 60mm blocks
with charcoal border.
Raise gates and drain covers to new
drive level, then build step with
KL kerbs and natural blocks on a
bed of sand and cement.
